Jerry was a black and white, intact male guinea pig. He was #08 of the Jacksonville 48.

Pre-Surrender History
Jerry came to us on 6/19/2005 along with 30 other pigs from a breeder dump. See Jacksonville 48 for full details.
Medical History
Initially, Jerry had no individual health issues other than those suffered by all of the Jacksonville guinea pigs.
Partner
Jerry was housed with several other pigs at intake; as they reached sexual maturity and started displaying aggressive behaviors, they were moved to new housing. Jerry ended up with Ben and they initially remained together, but had to be housed in a divided cage once scuffling began.
Foster History
Jerry was never placed into foster.
Adoption History
Jerry was adopted February 26 2006 along with Ben by our friend Celia, both to live with her previously-adopted ACR&S piggy, Sonic.
Death
We received word from Celia that Jerry passed in early May 2008 from bladder stone complications, leaving behind his cagemate, Ben.
